**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for new client acquisition, client retention, and referral sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of Matrica Solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the client and the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to address client needs and concerns.
- Generate referral business through proactive networking and relationship-building activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B field sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
