**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Handle administrative functions
- Manage and Maintain files, documents, records, Registers, office equipment, office premises
- Handle office keys
- Submit Daily, Fortnightly and Monthly MIS
- Handle office based engagements and branch administration
- Coordinate internal and external calls, video calls, communication and be involved
- Provide support in administration interface where required
- Communicate with employees and clients as per instruction
- Coordinate client relationship and communication
- Visit client location when required
- Responsibility taking ability
- Attention to detail
- Capability to certify own work
- Initiative and self motivated
- Very Good in English Communication - speaking, writing and reporting
- Handle office independently and most of the time other employees would be on field
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Austin Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
