**Administrative Support**:

- Manage and maintain calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up notes.

**Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Organizational Tasks**:

- Prioritize and manage the executive's tasks and projects to ensure deadlines are met.
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and records in an orderly manner.
- Help with organizing events, workshops, and company functions.

**Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and projects.
- Summarize and present findings in a clear and concise manner.

**Time Management**:

- Help the CMD to manage their time efficiently, ensuring they can focus on strategic tasks.
- Coordinate with other departments and team members to ensure smooth workflow.

**Technology and Tools**:

- Proficiently use office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Manage the executive's electronic devices, software, and communication tools.

**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking progress of various projects.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are achieved.

**Networking and Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts.
- Represent the executive at meetings, events, and other gatherings.

**Minutes of the meeting and Personal Support**:
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
