Tasks
- Content Development: Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive, accurate, and engaging training content for instructor-led training on DTNA's vehicle systems.
- Having experience interacting with trainers and have trained the trainers
- ILT Design: Design instructor-led training (ILT) content, including lesson plans, participant guides, and presentation materials.
- Field Query Incorporation: To enhance relevance and quality, incorporate field queries and real-world scenarios into training content.
- Content Review and Validation: Review and validate training content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DTNA's standards and policies.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Service, and Training, to ensure alignment and accuracy of training content.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality training content.
- Manage dealer REP (Dealer technician representatives) stakeholders to generate change requests to training content
- Responsible for roll out timelines and REP lead meetings
