Deep expertise and know how in Automotive Mechatronics component/system design & development in the area of ADAS/ HMI Driver Experience, /Telematics/Propulsion & Energy Efficiency/Vehicle Controls.
- Very good technical knowledge in mechanical design and working principle of ECU's like ADAS, ASAM, XAM, ICUC
- Very good Knowledge on PLM / Engineering Change Management process.
- Very good knowledge on vehicle technical documentation
- Very good knowledge on vehicle BOM creation.
- Good Design knowledge in creating concept and Mechanical design, DMU study, design of mounting brackets of Mechatronics components on Commercial vehicles or Passenger vehicles.
- Working knowledge on wiring design, Component/device spec creation will be added advantage.
- Knowledge on Diagnostic tool will be added advantage.
- Should have very good knowledge on UG NX - 3D modelling, 2D drawings skill or any other CAD software.
- Thorough understanding of Design and manufacturing processes Automotive industry.
- Expertise in solving Plant issue, by understanding SW Features, Parameters, using Fishbone or 5 Why Analysis.
- Good networking and communication skills
- Excellent Presentation and communication
- Willing to work shift to suit North America timings.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial Production Engineering or Similar area,
- 5 to 7 Years’ experience is Automotive, Mechatronics component integration, design of mounting bracket in the area of ADAS/ HMI Driver Experience, /Telematics/Propulsion & Energy Efficiency/Vehicle Controls.
