Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and validation of chassis systems (frame structures, suspension, steering, braking).

Create concept designs, 3D modelling, detailed part designs using CAD tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (powertrain, body, electronics, manufacturing) for integration.

Perform tolerance analysis, DFMEA, and design reviews to ensure reliability and manufacturability.

Support prototype builds, lab testing, and on-road validation.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues arising during development and production phases.

Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.

Mentor junior engineers, review their work, and help build a strong engineering team.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (or equivalent).

5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in chassis design, development, and validation (especially in automotive or EV domain).
