- Experience:

- 13+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven success leading engineering teams and delivering complex, high-impact projects.
- Experience managing direct reports, including performance reviews and career development.
- Technical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in programming languages, e.g., Angular, Java, JavaScript.
- Experience with frameworks/tools, e.g., React, Node.js, Spring.
- Knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and Agile methodologies.
- Leadership Skills:

- Exceptional ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on balancing technical and business priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical strategies and foster collaboration across departments.
- Proven ability to build trust, resolve conflicts, and create an inclusive team environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing mentorship, career development, and performance feedback.
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for the team, aligning with business objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and documentation standards.
- Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and team capacity to optimize productivity.
- Identify and resolve technical and team-related challenges, escalating issues when necessary.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating relevant advancements into team workflows.
- Represent the team in cross-functional meetings, advocating for technical needs and strategic initiatives.
