**Position**: Customer Service Representative

**Location**: Vikhroli, Mumbai, India

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer queries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, especially in payroll and recruitment.

**Required Skills and Experience**:
**Experience**: 2 to 3 years in customer service, preferably dealing with UK clients in the payroll and recruitment industry.

**Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

**Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

**Adaptability**: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Shift Flexibility**: Willingness to work in the UK shift hours (1 PM to 10 PM IST).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
