Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints over phone calls and other support channels.
- Manage customer retention and satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of concerns.
- Ensure prompt management and closure of all customer enquiries within defined timelines.
- Coordinate regularly with branch operations teams and branch managers to ensure issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and ownership in all customer interactions.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or above in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience handling customer queries via telephone, chat, or email.
- Strong decision-making and conflict management skills.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or customer support systems.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
