Front Office Assistant

As a Front Office Assistant at Sapphire Club Hotel, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. Your welcoming demeanor, attention to detail, and organizational skills will contribute to maintaining our high standards of hospitality.
**Responsibilities**:
Guest Relations:
Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Reservations and Bookings:
Ensure accuracy of guest information and preferences in the booking system.
Coordinate with other departments to accommodate special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions accurately.
Prepare daily reports and perform general administrative duties as needed.
Customer Service Excellence:
Anticipate guest needs and respond proactively to enhance their stay.
Resolve guest issues and concerns effectively, escalating when necessary.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure smooth operations.
Communication and Coordination:
Relay messages and information to guests and relevant departments.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with guests.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Education**:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certifications in hospitality or related field is a plus.
Comfortable working in a busy hotel environment.
Working Conditions:
Work primarily takes place at the hotel front desk and lobby area.
