**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings between clients and the design team.

**Database and CRM System Management**:

- Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
- Track project milestones, client preferences, and communication history for personalized service.
- Generate reports and analytics on client satisfaction, project progress, and communication timelines.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to relay client expectations and updates.
- Prepare and deliver regular updates to clients regarding project progress, timelines, and changes.

**Feedback and Improvement**:

- Gather client feedback post-project and during key milestones.
- Provide insights to the management team to enhance client satisfaction and studio services.

**Administrative Support**:

- Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, and other documentation as needed.
- Manage client event invitations, follow-ups, and studio showcase arrangements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in interior design, real estate, or luxury industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A client-first attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of the interior design industry or creative sectors.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) or corporate clients.
- Familiarity with design and project management tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Asana.
