Job Title: CRM Portal Handler and MIS Handling
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a CRM Portal Handler and MIS (Management Information System) Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationship management (CRM) portals and ensuring the accurate handling and analysis of data within the MIS. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, generating reports, and supporting the overall efficiency of our CRM processes.
**Responsibilities**:
1. CRM Portal Management:
- Administer and maintain the CRM portal, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Manage user access and permissions, including onboarding and offboarding users.
- Provide training and support to internal teams on using the CRM portal effectively.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the CRM portal.
2. Data Handling and Analysis:
- Ensure the accurate and timely entry of data into the CRM system.
- Regularly review data to identify inconsistencies, errors, and duplicates, and take corrective actions.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and present findings to management to support decision-making.
3. MIS Maintenance:
- Oversee the management and maintenance of the MIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance data collection, storage, and retrieval processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define MIS requirements and implement necessary changes.
- Monitor MIS performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
4. Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline CRM and MIS processes for increased efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for system enhancements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement process improvements and system upgrades.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure proper utilization of CRM and MIS tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM portal management and data handling within an MIS environment.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MIS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Tableau).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
