**Guest Service**:

- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
- Provide detailed information about the menu, daily specials, and drink offerings, guiding guests in their choices.
- Manage guest needs during service, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are met.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead, guide, and assist the service team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation during each shift.
- Ensure that the team maintains high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization.
- Supervise and coordinate the waitstaff and bartenders to optimize table turnover and service efficiency.
- Support in training and mentoring new staff members to uphold the restaurant’s service standards.
- **Order Management**:

- Coordinate between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house staff to ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy and quality of all food and drink orders before serving to guests.
- Manage special guest requests or dietary needs and ensure they are communicated to the kitchen or bar team.
- **Service Quality Control**:

- Monitor the overall guest experience to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Address service issues promptly and make necessary adjustments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure all areas of the restaurant/bar are clean, organized, and stocked.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Actively promote daily specials, new menu items, and beverage pairings to increase sales.
- Upsell premium items such as wine, cocktails, and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow and enforce food safety and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations, including checking IDs when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
