**Job Duties**:

- ** Sales Development and Market Penetration**: Drive and cultivate sales growth for Burner Parts (Process, Power and Incinerator), Flare Tips / Flare System Retrofits, Parts for Flare Systems, Combustion Electronics with a focus on Flame Scanners across various sectors.
- ** Market Expansion Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies to establish Zeeco strongly in the market for Aftermarket Business with existing as well as new End Users requiring upgrades/ performance improvements in the region.
- ** Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while proactively seeking business opportunities with new clients.
- ** Team Building and Leadership**: Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure sales objectives are met.
- **Travel Requirements**: Extensive travel, if necessary, to promote and facilitate sales.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical/Chemical preferred
- Preferable experience between Ten (10) to Fifteen (15) years of experience.
- Knowledge of combustion equipment is preferred.
- Experience in chemical processing and/or hydrocarbon processing industry.
- Independent / proactive work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service/sales experience.
