Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP End User (MM Module) with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management. The candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day SAP MM transactions, supporting procurement and inventory processes, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Perform end-user activities in SAP MM such as:


• Purchase Requisitions (PR) creation and processing.


• Purchase Orders (PO) creation, amendment, and follow-up.


• Goods Receipt (GR), Service Entry Sheet (SES), and Goods Issue (GI) posting.


• Vendor master data maintenance and coordination.


• Ensure accuracy and timely posting of transactions in SAP.


• Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory transactions, and reconcile discrepancies.


• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.


• Generate SAP reports (stock reports, PO tracking, GR/IR reports, etc.).


• Support audit and compliance requirements by ensuring proper documentation.


• Provide training and support to junior staff and business users when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:


• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.


• 4 – 5 years of SAP MM end-user experience in a manufacturing, trading, or service industry.


• Strong knowledge of procurement cycles, inventory management, and vendor processes.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.


• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks.
