**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and complaints.

Product Consultation: Provide expert advice on skincare, personal care, and beauty products based on customer needs.

Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships by offering personalized recommendations and after-sales support.

Order Assistance: Assist customers with placing orders, processing refunds, and handling returns/exchanges.

Feedback & Reporting: Collect customer feedback and report common issues to internal teams for continuous improvement.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:
Education: Graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field).

Experience: 1-3 years in customer support, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry.

**Skills**:Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Passion for beauty, skincare, and personal care.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Pay: ₹10,377.28 - ₹34,842.55 per month
