We at #CosMicIT are looking for a #ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM Admin
**Desired Experience Range: 4 - 6 Yrs**

**Job Description**:
Must-Have
- Experience in Administration of Service Management Products and CSDM Data Model
- Analytical Skills (Software Programmer)
- Process Skills (ITIL Framework)
- Communication Skills (English Written & Oral)

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

ServiceNow Administration Activities

Design & Integrate: build, implement and administer ServiceNow - IT Service Management frameworks which includes but not limited to modules ie. Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, etc
- Develop & Test: Development and working experience on ServiceNow plugins and customizations of Business Service Design, Service Offerings, Service Portfolio where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors and additional specialized technical knowledge.

Deploy & Execute: Ability to write, test and debug JavaScript and/or powershell script, understand and integrate webservices to optimize workflow, UI, client scripts, business rules, etc

Knowledge of mib, discovery approach, process classifier, service now (developer level), writing xml/macro to map/upload data in cmdb from xls, Knowledge of Administration Infra device like Server, DB, Switch, Router, Firewall, App server etc

Familiarity with database tables and column, configuration management/Asset Management

**Configure, Troubleshoot and Support**:Configuration and modification of procedures to solve issues considering system design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and documentation.

Should have been involved in ServiceNow rollout / transition support to have broader understanding onthe capabilities and current limitations of the tool. So as to review the Customer’s design standards and suggest improvements

Metrics: Create Performance Analytics reports to visualize data that is collected over time/real-time to show trends which can be used to enhance resources, systems, and employees to strategic objectives and priorities. Generate snapshots/reports that can be lists, charts, or calendar-based views of data in dashboards information shared to relevant stakeholders

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Must have deep understanding of CSDM and how to design, implement and maintain CSDM in accordance with best practices and industry standards. Must have familiarity with Application portfolio and Service portfolio concepts.
- Must be able to develop and maintain operational processes and standards.
- Must be able to identify root cause for issues and incorporate findings into process improvement.
- Must have effective communications skills to interact with Analysts, vendors and other IT Incident Management participants and stakeholders. - Must be customer service oriented and capable of conveying ideas to all levels of IT staff.
- Must provide guidance and training to ServiceNow users on CSDM-related topics, including CI management and data governance.
