About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CMDB professional to lead the design, development, and maintenance of our IT service management platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the CMDB within the ServiceNow platform.
  2. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs.
  3. Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  4. Develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows, and processes.
  5. Perform regular audits and data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  6. Integrate the CMDB with other IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools.
  7. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow CMDB best practices and industry trends.
  8. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders on CMDB functionalities and best practices.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in CMDB development and administration within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven experience leading CMDB projects and teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Experience with integrating CMDB with other ITSM processes and tools.
