Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, CMDB, CSDM) and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ITOM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, etc.).

A successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, enabling them to conduct gap analysis, data normalization, and reconciliation strategies for CMDB health.
