Compliance Officer

**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant industry laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., financial, environmental, labor laws). Monitor any changes in regulations and update internal policies accordingly.
- ** Policy Development**: Assist in developing and reviewing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Advise on the creation and implementation of internal controls and procedures.
- ** Risk Assessment**: Conduct periodic risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance or areas where the company could be exposed to legal or financial risk.
- ** Training & Awareness**: Develop and deliver training programs to employees on compliance-related topics, including legal, regulatory, and company-specific requirements.
- ** Internal Audits**: Perform internal audits to assess the effectiveness of compliance programs and controls. Prepare detailed audit reports and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- ** Monitoring & Reporting**: Continuously monitor compliance with laws, policies, and procedures across departments. Prepare reports for senior management on compliance status and areas for improvement.
- ** Investigations**: Investigate potential violations or breaches of internal policies and regulations. Recommend appropriate corrective actions and assist in implementing them.
- ** Liaison**: Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies, external auditors, and other stakeholders regarding compliance-related issues.

- Ability to interpret complex regulations and translate them into clear policies.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing compliance issues.
