**Job Title: CS Intermediate - Corporate Compliance**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation and filing of ROC forms, Board Resolutions, and other statutory documents
- Support in conducting Board, Committee, and General Meetings, including drafting notices, agendas, and minutes
- Maintain statutory registers and company records as per Companies Act, 2013,LLP Act
- Assist in compliance with SEBI, FEMA, RBI, and other regulatory requirements
- Draft and review agreements, contracts, and legal correspondence
- Support the Company Secretary in corporate governance and legal matters
- Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, and auditors as required
- Stay updated with amendments in company law and other applicable regulations

**Requirements**:

- Cleared CS Executive (Intermediate) level from ICSI
- Pursuing CS Professional preferred
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in a corporate firm or practicing CS firm
- Good knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, LLP Act,SEBI, and secretarial standards
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
