**Job Summary**: The Overseas Accounts Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing the financial accounts of the company’s international operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with international financial regulations, managing cross-border transactions, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Account Management**:

- Maintain and reconcile overseas accounts.
- Prepare and review financial statements for international branches.
- Monitor currency fluctuations and manage foreign exchange transactions.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies and senior management.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for international operations.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with local finance teams to ensure alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business initiatives.

Pay: ₹10,523.71 - ₹35,000.00 per month
