Office & Operations Coordinator

Location: Markaz Knowledge City, Kaithapoyil

Full-Time | Onsite

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
- Provide administrative support to senior management (scheduling, reporting, documentation)
- Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Oversee office maintenance and ensure a clean, safe work environment
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, handle fund collection, and assist with financial reporting
- Maintain company documents and generate regular reports
- Coordinate internal communication and serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders
- Oversee company vehicle maintenance, usage scheduling, and compliance
- Support marketing staff with logistics and ensure their well-being
- Provide backend support to reduce workloads for senior managers and operational teams
- Coordinate client pickups and schedule visits in alignment with their preferences and company policies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration, operations, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in office or operations management (preferred)
- **Valid Indian driving license and ability to drive company vehicles**:

- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Customer-focused with a proactive, problem-solving attitude
- Experience with financial or HR systems is an added advantage
