Admin & Operations Coordinator Intern

We are hiring a proactive and organized Admin & Operations Coordinator Intern to support daily operational tasks, client coordination, recruitment activities, and general administration.
You will work directly with leadership and handle the day-to-day coordination required across multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Coordination
- Track daily tasks, deadlines, and project progress
- Maintain organized Google Sheets and documentation
- Prepare daily priority lists and end-of-day summaries
- Handle follow-ups and reminders to ensure smooth workflow
2. Client Coordination
- Track all incoming enquiries (WhatsApp, Email, Social Media)
- Update clients with project status based on instructions
- Follow up with internal teams to keep deliverables on time
- Maintain a clean and structured project tracking system
3. Recruitment Support
- Post job openings on relevant platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Make recruitment calls and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate database and follow-up status
- Assist with onboarding and documentation
4. Administrative Support
- Manage general admin activities and communication
- Organize files, notes, and reports
- Prepare meeting summaries and task lists
- Assist in improving workflows and processes
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Fast learner and proactive mindset
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or tech work (preferred, not mandatory)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Docs & basic tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Must be available full-time in the Kozhikode office
