**Job Description: Admin Executive**
Position Summary: The Admin Executive plays a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. They are responsible for managing various administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and maintaining effective communication within the organization and with external parties. The Admin Executive reports directly to the management or senior executives.
**Responsibilities**:
Office Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure their availability.
Oversee office maintenance and repairs.
Manage office equipment and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
Documentation and Records Management:Prepare and maintain official documents, reports, and presentations.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Assist in the preparation of official documents such as contracts, agreements, and memos.
Communication and Coordination:Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members, departments, and external parties.
Assist in preparing and disseminating internal communications.
Facilitate effective communication between different departments.
Event and Travel Management:Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
Coordinate logistics for events, including venue booking, catering, and audiovisual setup.
Make travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and executives.
Data Management and Reporting:Collect, compile, and analyze data as required.
Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for management.
Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an administrative or executive assistant.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:

- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
