**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with **vendors** for office supplies, repairs, and services
- Supervise **housekeeping staff** to maintain office hygiene and cleanliness
- Monitor **security personnel** and ensure safety procedures are followed
- Travel to different branches/locations across Kerala to oversee admin operations
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and support daily office activities
- Arrange **hotel bookings and travel logistics** for staff and management when required
**Requirements**:
- 6 months to 1 year of admin or operations experience (mandatory)
- Willingness to travel frequently across Kerala
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
