Admin Assistant/Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle reception duties, phone calls, visitor management, and overall front desk operations.
- Assist management in day-to-day official and personal tasks, including documentation and coordination.
- Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.
- Follow up on pending tasks, meeting schedules, and daily/monthly report submissions.
- Maintain and manage meeting calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Support the preparation and management of statutory filings including ITR, GST, TDS, and ROC documentation.
- Maintain and update records of all filings, receipts, and compliance-related documents.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, administrative, or executive assistant roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
