**Role Summary**:
We’re seeking experienced and proactive **Operations Coordinators** to support management in vendor onboarding, RFQ (Request for Quotation) handling, and subscription tracking. The role demands strong coordination, communication, and analytical abilities to ensure smooth operational flow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate effectively between the development partner and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Track onboarding progress, daily targets, and vendor activity.
- Oversee **RFQ handling**, escalating technical or operational issues when necessary.
- Monitor **subscriptions, payments, and renewals** to maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and present **weekly performance and progress reports** to management.

**Requirements**:

- **3-5 years** of experience in operations, project coordination, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills in **English** and **Malayalam/Hindi**.
- Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in **admin panels, dashboards, and data tracking tools**.
- Strong **leadership, organizational, and problem-solving** skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
