Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical, ensuring data confidentiality.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain adequate inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least one year of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Weekend only
