**Responsibilities**:
- Manage incoming customer requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide clients through the use of our platform.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution, ensuring accurate documentation of customer inquiries and their resolutions.
- Communicate with clients throughout the customer journey, from onboarding through to continued platform use, to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients, promoting brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to improve client experience on the platform.
- Create and maintain client-facing documentation and educational resources, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and relevant.
- Contribute to process improvement and quality assurance initiatives in the customer support function.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a customer service or support role, ideally within a remote capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences and cultures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service experiences that build loyalty and satisfaction.
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones.
