
Field Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Acquisition**:
- Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Build a strong pipeline of leads through direct visits, referrals, and cold calling.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.
- Maintain consistent sales growth by promoting the company's products and services.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- **Market Research**:
- Gather insights on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the sales manager for strategy enhancement.
- **Reporting**:
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Update CRM or company tools with accurate customer details and sales activities.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
