**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Field Sales Representative** to join our team and grow our market share in **interior and exterior product lines**. You will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing sales with residential, commercial, and institutional customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to potential and existing customers including builders, architects, contractors, dealers, and end-users.
- Promote and sell a range of **interior (modular furniture, wall finishes, flooring, etc.)** and **exterior (cladding, facades, roofing, etc.)** products.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to customers on-site.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
- Maintain accurate sales records, activity reports, and customer database.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions, events, and branding initiatives.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-5 years of field sales experience, preferably in building materials, interiors, or construction-related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
