As a **Field Sales Representative**, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our renewable energy products to residential, commercial, and industrial clients in Bengaluru. You will also have to On-Board New Dealers for Indirect Sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers with a passion for sales and renewable energy to kick-start their careers in a dynamic and growing industry. You will receive on-the-job training to develop both your technical and sales skills and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while building strong customer relationships. **Key Responsibilities**: - **Sales & Prospecting**: Actively engage with potential customers in the Bengaluru area to promote and sell solar panels, wind turbines, inverters, batteries, and related accessories. - **Dealer On-Boarding**:Identify prospective dealer organisations for indirect sales. - **Customer Education**: Educate customers about the benefits of renewable energy solutions and provide them with tailored product recommendations based on their energy needs. - **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase the effectiveness and value of our energy solutions. - **Lead Generation**: Use various sales techniques (cold calling, referrals, networking, etc.) to generate new leads and expand the customer base. - **Sales Process Support**: Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and follow-up communications. Support in negotiating pricing and closing sales deals. - **Meet Sales Targets**: Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth. - **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth project implementation and post-sales services. **Qualifications & Skills**: - **Education**: Recent graduates or final-year students (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related fields). - **Sales Aptitude**: Strong interest in sales and business development. No prior sales experience required—training will be provided. - **Passion for Renewable Energy**: A keen interest in sustainable energy solutions and environmental conservation. - **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (knowledge of Hindi is a plus). - **Personality Traits**: Motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
