
Area Sales Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Execution**: Drive the sales process in your assigned territory, focusing on acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Penetration**: Identify new business opportunities within your area, conduct market research, and monitor competitors to drive sales growth.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by executing sales strategies and expanding the customer base.
- **Product Promotion**: Promote the company’s products and services, ensuring they meet customer needs and providing solutions to any sales-related challenges.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular sales reports, including performance updates, market trends, and customer feedback, and share with senior management.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close sales deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
- **Market Feedback**: Collect and provide market feedback to the product and marketing teams, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality customer support.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role, or related industries.
- **Sales Skills**: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
- **Customer Focused**: Ability to understand and address customer needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Knowledge**: Familiarity with the assigned area, local market conditions, and customer behavior.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- **Educational Background**: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
