*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Sales Support:* call to customer to generate inquiries ,send product photos on WhatsApp.
- *Order Processing:* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing. with the help of sales executive.
- *Customer Relationship Management:* Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
- *Data Management:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer information, and sales reports.
- ⁠* Supplier Management:* call to supplier executive to send product photos according to clients requirement.
- *Data Research:* identify potential opportunities, in-active customers.
- *Sales Reporting:* Prepare regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- *Team Collaboration:* Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, suppliers, and other departments to achieve sales goals.

*Qualifications and Skills:*
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication in hindi.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Any CRM software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
