Erooka Private Limited is a Distributor for Anchor Switchgear Products for Mohali district. We are looking for experienced Distributor Sales Officers who can help in promoting Company's Business in the region.

Distributor Sales Officer (DSO) main responsibilites are:
1. To find Retail sellers to distribute company's goods.

2. Alongside distribution, the DSO's tasks include monitoring all sales, orders, product performance, and retailer feedback to further improve the product.

4. Manage warehouse inventory and submit inventory reports to superior. Timely address any need for stock replenishment.

5. Provide daily report of field sales success to superiors.

6. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

7. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

8. Developing in-depth knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.

9. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

10. Manage supply chain to ensure timely delivery of sold goods to customers.

11. Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

12. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them

13. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly

**Requirements**:
1. 5 to 10 years to experience

2. Qualification - Graduate

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
