- **Collaborate for impact**: Partner with internal teams to ensure your agents have the resources they need to thrive.
- **Maintain excellence**: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and compliance standards.

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
- 2+ years of proven success in sales or business development (insurance experience a plus).
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales goals and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - you're a natural connector.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities; you can analyze trends and craft winning strategies.
