Field Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products/services. - Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients and understand their needs. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth. - Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients, providing solutions based on their requirements. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale. - Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory. - Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies. - Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. - Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve brand awareness and promotional strategies. - Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with company products/services. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Executive, or similar role. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Target-driven and result-oriented approach. - Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools (preferred). - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Additional Requirements: - A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (if required for travel). - Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing market conditions.
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
