- Familiarity with South Indian culinary techniques

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Food Preparation**: Assist in the preparation of South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, curries, and chutneys.
- **Kitchen Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring a hygienic and safe working environment.
- **Ingredient Management**: Responsible for managing and organizing South Indian spices, herbs, and other ingredients.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- **Quality Control**: Assist in maintaining the high standards of food quality and presentation.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage kitchen supplies, informing the supervisor when restocking is needed.
- **Adherence to Recipes**: Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency in flavor and presentation of South Indian dishes.

**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with South Indian culinary techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
