Role Overview:
We’re looking for a **Creative Strategist** who can turn insights into impactful content strategies, ad ideas, and growth-driven creative concepts. You’ll work closely with our design and media buying teams to build storytelling-led ad campaigns and social content that convert.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights to create winning content strategies.
- Develop and pitch performance creative ideas (ads, UGC, reels, carousels) that align with brand tone and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, editors, and media buyers to bring ideas to life.
- Break down top-performing ads and turn them into replicable frameworks.
- Work with D2C founders, marketers, and creators to strategize brand growth creatively.
- Build scripts, copy, hooks, and content outlines that drive sales and engagement.
- Track creative performance and iterate based on data insights.

You’re a Great Fit If You:

- Have 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing, content strategy, or creative direction (UGC/D2C space is a plus).
- Are obsessed with ads, reels, copy, and storytelling that converts.
- Understand ad funnels, audience psychology, and what makes people click.
- Can write persuasive hooks, scroll-stopping copy, and sharp creative briefs.
- Follow brands like Snitch, Blissclub, Pilgrim, The Man Company, or Mamaearth closely.
- Think like a founder, execute like a marketer.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in performance creative strategy or digital content.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, Google) and how creative impacts ROAS.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Portfolio or sample work showcasing your creative thinking (required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
