**As the Freelance UI/UX Creative Strategist,** you’ll be the visionary mind behind our product and design evolution — offering strategic insight without getting involved in execution. Your role is to evaluate, ideate, and elevate. By collaborating closely with our internal design and product teams, you’ll guide creative direction, assess design thinking, and help shape user experiences that align with our brand, product goals, and user needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Ideation & Strategy**:
Lead high-level design ideation by reviewing concepts, user journeys, and interfaces. Offer insights to elevate UX quality, design consistency, and innovation — without executing the designs yourself.
- **Design Team Guidance**:
Engage with our in-house UI/UX team to assess ongoing work, identify experience gaps, and provide mentorship on best practices in user-centric design and creative strategy.
- **Constructive Critique**:
Deliver well-structured, actionable feedback that enhances usability, aesthetic alignment, and functionality. Your perspective will help designers improve output and confidence in decision-making.
- **Trend Monitoring & Innovation**:
Stay updated with the latest in design systems, UX research, interaction models, and visual trends — bringing fresh, future-forward thinking into our product ecosystem.
- **Collaboration & Influence**:
Work cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing leads to ensure alignment across user journeys and UI/UX strategy. Be the creative voice that challenges and uplifts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven ability to ideate and critique effectively without hands-on execution
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX strategy, creative direction, or experience design leadership
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and impactful design input
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills, especially in asynchronous/remote environments
- Familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch for review purposes only (execution not required)

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹9,514.39 - ₹25,000.00 per month
