**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points, utilizing data to inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and convey design concepts effectively.
- Create and maintain intuitive information architecture to facilitate easy navigation for users.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces consistent with the brand's identity.
- Define interactions, animations, and transitions to enhance the user experience.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to align design with business goals.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the design process.
- Ensure designs are responsive and functional across various devices and screen sizes.
- Design interfaces adhering to accessibility standards, following WCAG guidelines.
- Generate design specifications, style guides, and design system components for development teams.

- Familiarity with front-end development technologies such as HTML and CSS is a plus.
