**About the Role**:
We are seeking talented and creative **Freelance UI/UX Designers** to join our remote team on a project basis. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about designing engaging digital experiences and have strong skills in **Website Design**, **Motion Graphics**, and **Animation**.

As a freelance designer, you'll work closely with our design and development teams to bring concepts to life across web platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design modern, responsive, and user-friendly websites.
- Create motion graphics to enhance interactivity and storytelling.
- Develop clean and smooth animations for UI elements and transitions.
- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and quality.
- Follow brand guidelines while innovating on layout and design interactions.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- **Website Design**: Good grasp of layout, user flow, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
- **Motion Graphics**: Ability to create compelling motion visuals using tools like Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar.
- **Animation**: Hands-on experience animating UI components and screen transitions.

**Preferred Tools**:

- Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch
- Adobe Creative Suite (especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Lottie / Rive / Principle or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus but not mandatory)

**Eligibility**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
- Freelancers based in **India** (available for remote collaboration).
- Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
