Our eCommerce marketing agency is expanding and we’re looking for a "TikTok Ad & UGC Creative Strategist" to join our team.

Ideally someone who is very experienced with TikTok ads & UGC (User-generated content) production and already highly skilled in developing creative briefs & scripts for TikTok ads & UGC videos.

This position requires the following:

- Writing detailed creative briefs & scripts for our content creators to follow to produce effective & high converting TikTok ads.
- Directing the creative strategy behind each UGC project.
- Doing extensive market research on each brand (identifying benefits/features of the products, unique selling points, target audience, and competitors)

Our clients include online brands in the fashion, cosmetics, fitness space and more.

We have over 50 TikTok content creators in our company.

Your job will be to develop a creative strategy for our creators, so that they can produce TikTok ads that perform well for our clients' ad campaigns.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From ₹80,000.00 per month
