We’re looking for a **Creative Strategist** to ideate, write, and execute creative strategies for websites, social media, videos, case studies, and events. The role involves working closely with clients, designers, and internal teams to bring ideas to life.
- **Copy Creation**: Generate clear, creative, and compelling copy for all platforms—social media, websites, case studies, event materials, video scripts, and more.
- **Client Communication**: Take client briefs, understand their goals, and translate them into actionable creative strategies.
- **Ideation & Strategy**: Develop visual, copy, and marketing strategies for various briefs, including website design, mascot videos, case study templates, social media campaigns, and offline events.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to bring ideas to life. Communicate patiently and effectively with internal teams.
- **Task Management**: Juggle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- **Client Follow-ups**: Proactively follow up with clients, address feedback, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- **Skill Development**: Be open to learning new tools, trends, and strategies to enhance creative and professional growth.
- **Ownership**: Take initiative and deliver results with sincerity, self-motivation, and attention to detail.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in creative strategy, content writing, or a similar role in an agency setup.
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of marketing trends across digital and offline platforms.
- Ability to ideate creative concepts and strategies for diverse client needs.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.
