**We are hiring for Telesales Executive for our Royal Enfield Showroom in Dehradun.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Call on the provided leads and convert them for the company through telephonic conversations by making customers visit to the showroom.
- Maintain and monitor the records of all the conversations, be it customer feedback, purchase orders or queries.
- Stick to the sales script and strategy, but also improvise it when needed, within the scope of the telesales executive job role.
- Update customers about new launches and record customer reactions to new products
- Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints.
- Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a telesales executive.
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets.
