Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Dehradun. The Telesales Executive will manage customer interactions, generate leads, promote sales of products, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include contacting existing and potential customers, addressing inquiries, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets efficiently. Qualifications - Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service - Proven experience in Lead Generation and Customer Support - Solid understanding of Sales processes and techniques - Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients - Strong organizational skills and focus on achieving targets - Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an advantage
