**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database.
- Understand customer travel preferences and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and package inclusions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, and offers to enhance sales pitches.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role (preferably in the travel industry).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of popular tourist destinations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
