**Job responsibilities for a Telesales Representative**
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Promote and sell products or services over the phone.
- Follow prepared sales scripts and adapt based on customer responses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and services.
- Record customer information and sales details accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and previous customer interactions.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
- Upsell or cross-sell products when appropriate.
- Stay informed about product features and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve results.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential improvements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
