The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong communication and persuasive skills to convert potential leads into customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Introduce products or services, provide detailed information, and answer queries.
- Convert prospects into sales by understanding customer needs and providing suitable solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction post-sales.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work with the sales and marketing team to strategize and improve sales processes.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is a plus).
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English & Hindi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
